Counties – Nassau and Suffolk on Long Island, Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster, and Westchester

Zone 175
Counties – Cayuga, Clinton, Cortland, Franklin, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, St. Lawrence, Seneca, and Tompkins

Zone 197
Counties – Albany, Broome, Chenango, Columbia, Delaware, Essex, Fulton, Greene, Hamilton, Herkimer, Montgomery, Otsego, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Tioga, Warren, and Washington
